The Cleveland Roller Mill
from Mora Country brochure
The Cleveland Roller Mill, located two miles southwest of the village of Mora on Hwy 518, was the last flour mill to be built in New Mexico, the last to stop running and the only roller mill in New Mexico with its original milling works. This hardworking mill ground out 50 barrels of wheat flour a day, almost every day from 1901 to 1947. The mill was converted into a museum with exhibits on Mora County history and culture. An annual Millfest on Labor Day weekend features arts and craft, music and dances.
