Ragland
On Hwy 252 is the community of Ragland. About 1906 Tom Ragland and his family opened a small store and post office. Maud Ragland was the first postmistress. Perhaps she knew Mrs. McAlister and Mrs. House! Both the store and post office have closed, and only a few residents remain.
